In one sentence: your answers, your plan and your journal stay on your iPhone. We have no account, no server that stores your data, and we never sell it to anyone.

Your quiz answers (how long you have vaped, device type, nicotine strength, puffs, spending, triggers, reasons), your commitment sentence, your start date, your counted puffs, your check-ins (mood, cravings, notes), your SOS sessions and your reported relapses are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. This data is not sent to our servers: we do not have any. If you delete the app or use "Erase my data" in the Profile, it is deleted.
Your signature is used to validate your commitment and is not kept as an image.
Subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. To check whether a subscription is active, we use the RevenueCat service, which receives from the App Store an anonymous app user identifier, the purchase receipt and device information (model, iOS version, language). RevenueCat acts as a data processor and does not sell this data. Its policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Reminders (evening check-in, health milestones) are local notifications, scheduled on your device. No data leaves the phone to send them. You can turn them off in iOS Settings.
If you use "Share my day", an image is generated on your device and passed only to the app you choose in the iOS share sheet.
Because your data is on your device, you can view it, correct it (Profile) and delete it ("Erase my data") yourself. For any question, including under the GDPR or the UK GDPR, write to contact@lastvape.app. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country (in the United Kingdom, the ICO; in France, the CNIL).
LastVape is intended for people aged 18 and over.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated and the app informs you when you open it if the change is significant.
