1. The publisher

LastVape is published by FREEDOMWAY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (number 15158648), 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, Fin009, London N3 2JU, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@lastvape.app.

2. What the app does, and what it is not

LastVape helps you quit vaping with a step-down reduction plan, a counter, an SOS button, health milestones and a journal. LastVape is not a medical device, does not diagnose anything and does not replace advice from a doctor, a pharmacist or a stop-smoking specialist. The health milestones shown come from public sources (NHS, CDC, WHO, Tabac Info Service) and are given for information only. If you are pregnant, if you have a heart or lung condition, or if you are on medication, talk to a healthcare professional about quitting.

3. Subscription

Two plans: yearly ($49.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial) and monthly ($9.99 a month, no trial). Prices may vary by country and are shown in the App Store before purchase.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The free trial converts to a paid yearly subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when the purchase is made.
You cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Payment is charged by Apple to your App Store account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.

Use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard licence agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

4. Your account, your data

There is no account. Your data is stored on your device (see the privacy policy). If you change phones, your plan does not transfer automatically.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app for your personal use only, not to copy, modify, decompile or resell it, and not to circumvent the purchase mechanisms.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the app running without interruption or error, without guaranteeing it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant, you are informed in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers in the European Union of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
